We would like our public to know:

about our guarantee policies - We will make every effort to ship you, exactly what you ask for, but in the event, you are unhappy, with your purchase, we allow you 30 days (1 month) to return or exchange your selection, as long as your purchase has not been used and/or altered in ANY way.

All we require is to get your item back in the same condition we sent it to you. As long as your purchase, for return or exchange meets that criteria, we have no qualm in returning your money, by our company check on the receipt of your shipment.

Should your purchase be by Charge Card or PayPal, then those accounts will be credited accordingly on receipt of you merchandise. Your ONLY expense for the return is the shipping cost (determined by you, normally) for UPS, FEDEX, etc.!

Your return/exchange should be shipped in a proper shipping container and contain your original receipt. Your shipment must be here by 3-5 days past the last available return date, by your receipt date.

There are certain items of clothing that cannot be returned (those items are undergarments, including sox). If there is a doubt of what kind of items those are, please just email us and we'll tell you before you buy.

But simply put, just keep in mind, if you've purchased underwear or sox from us and they are out of their packaging, just know that we can NOT take them back, at Any Price!

As our About Us statement states: Our desire is to serve you and create with you a wonderful client-relationship and in order to help keep our costs effective for the two of us, we have found this to be the most mutually fair policy.

about our email policies - We get trashy, JUNK email constantly (just like you). Because of that, we want to assure you that everything we send you will be something you may choose to use, or not (i.e. coupons, discounts or in some cases, something free to you).

As to our collections of names for our GMS Club membership, we are the ONLY ones that see those names and collect that information. In NO WAY, WHATSOEVER, will we ever let that information out of our sight. We don't care HOW MUCH, they're offering for that info! We just won't play the game that way.
